We were unable to cancel in time to get a refund. I would think that they could give us a credit for the next trip instead of losing the entire cost ...

The first room was not up to par, it was dirty and the bathroom was not clean. The front desk moved us to a different room that was better. They were very welcoming for pets. We at the on site restaurant and the food was very good.

I often stay here when I’m in town. Rooms are clean. Staff is very nice. Hot Breakfast decent processed food. Kids love the pool and I like the hot tub, although, the chlorine levels need adjusting. It’s is way too strong.
