Not a ski trip, so take that into account. I love the location of this property in Breck. They are super dog friendly, which is important to me. I forgot dog bowls and they had clean bowls for my room. Awesome coffee bar, and they make their own syrups, jams, etc giving piece of mind to real food ...

Pool shut down. Did not see any notice in listing that there was a resort charge. Lots of nickel and diming with this property. Parking fee was outrageous at nearly $100 for a two night stay. Beware of all the huge add in fees

Parking good room hot. Ventilation system kept us awake. So loud!

Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center
The resort needs an update. Hard to beat the location right next to ski lift chairs on the less busy side of Breckenridge. I can see they are trying to keep up but it’s difficult if you don’t keep up with the times.
