Location is great with gorgeous mountains. The hotel is a bit old inside, though, and the beds aren't very comfortable. some stuff were lovely to us, whilst others were unfortunately short-tempered and rude.

Hotel Ambassador Zermatt
Hôtel was in an excellent location. Having the ski rental on site was lovely. There was not a gym. The hotel room was great but the beds were very hard.

Hotel Bahnhof
The room was clean with a beautiful view from the balcony! No elevator gives you plenty of exercise. The bathrooms are shared.
