Our room was beautiful and we loved the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is not a coffee maker in the room, only a hot water kettle and instant coffee and tea. The grout in the bathroom and entry way of our room was dirty.

I checked in pretty late, and the woman at the front desk was very welcoming. I was having trouble getting my door unlocked, and she even came up to help me open it, which I really appreciated after a long day. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable.
