"Everyone was very helpful with directions and questions that we had. We had a late flight and they were able to store our bags so that we could go into Keflavik. Very beautiful town and very beautiful hotel. Restaurant and bar areas in the hotel were also very good."

"This is a self check in hotel and there is no one onsite. At 2:30 the fire alarms were ringing and we all ended up outside in the parking lot.
