My stay was really good! The staff was excellent, very polite and welcoming. The room was cozy. A couple of the pillows were too small in the pillowcases, and weren't that comfortable and my lampshade was tore; however, Everything else was great! Breakfast was great! I'll Definitely visit again!

Americas Best Value Inn Austinburg
disappointed in the fact that there is no elevator was not communicated prior to making reervations. Waffles promised through on site marketing were not available for breakfast. Also no jujce.

Honestly, there wasn’t another option for me or else I would not have stayed there. All the other hotels were booked. The bed was okay, but the bathroom was gross. Dirty walls, paint job over bad areas of walls. Hair on the floor. Dingy shower. The dust on things in the room was very noticeable. ...
