"Parking was good, close to WVU. Room smelled musty, pool wasn’t available, elevator was dirty (staff did clean after I reported it), couldn’t check in until exactly 3 (which is check in time but other hotels allow as rooms become available)."

"Our toilet was clogged upon arrival and had to be plunged every time it was flushed. The shower took overnight to drain the first time and then didn't drain at all. But the towels were soft. The beds were comfortable, but one had a crunchy, plastic mattress cover. The pillows were, well, not pillows. ..."
