Stayed 2 nights with family. Hotel was in good condition. Room was comfortable. Lobby had a nice sitting area. But nothing is offered. There is no complimentary coffee in the lobby and no continental breakfast in the morning. There’s a Red Lobster and a Smoky Bones right outside the parking lot so ...

I informed staff my room had ants for 2 days and there was someone else’s dirty towels in the corner( which were not picked up by day 3) The elevator was on its last leg. The coffee and water in the lobby was nice-nice seeing security there at night

The room was very clean, but no joke on the elevator issue. We stayed about a month ago hotel was quieter, no problem with the elevators. We gave up and took the service elevators most of the stay
