I enjoyed my two day stay so much I became a Marriott Bonvoy member. However, my last day was not a busy day and I asked if I could leave an hour later (1:00 instead of 12:00) and the lady at the front desk would not allow it. This is why I give it 4 stars instead of 5.

My drive was delayed so I didn't arrive until almost 11 pm. I got to my room; there was trash all over the coffee area and the bed wasn't made. I went back downstairs with my luggage and they gave me a different room. I booked the room at least a day in advance and I arrived late; I cannot imagine ...

Extended Stay America Suites - Bristol
Rooms were a little small, no carpet on floor so walked on bare floor. Floors were a little dirty. Nevertheless hotel staff were very accommodating and helped with extending my stay for one more night while I was attending to my mom at hospital.
