Every single staff member was absolutely amazing. So patient with my children too! The place was fabulously clean. The food was excellent. The beds and pillows very comfortable. The pool could’ve been a little warmer but not something I’d complain about. 5 stars well deserved.

The shower did not work well. I could not turn the knob to turn on the shower head. I had to rinse with a cup. Very uncomfortable definitely not what I paid for. They told me at the front desk I should’ve let them know to change rooms but the thing is I had 30 min in total to get ready and ...
