"Upon arrival we were supposed to have a king bed but instead we had two full sized beds. we had no coffee cups,body wash,shampoo or anything to get ice in. The breakfast was not what we expected. The sausage was the only thing that was really fit to eat."

"There was no chair at the desk and when I asked for one, they did not have any. They said people just break them and they no longer offer them. The floor felt damp and sticky. The room had an odor to it, not a clean smell. No shampoo in the shower, just a bar of soap."
