We did the online check in, so once we arrived at the property the remaining check in process was quick. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Springhill Suites by Marriott Pittsburgh Mt. Lebanon
There was a water line break nearby and the water was coming out brown. We weren't able to drink it or shower and they didn't tell us it happened before we checked in. We would've made reservations somewhere else.
