Property was as expected for the price and location. No frills, very helpful staff. Just a free and the best service you could ask for. Bathroom and shower has openings to the outside air so keep it from being too humid in the room. Not a bad idea at all.

Close to Ubon Uni. Rooms for 3k baht a month. Very friendly staff. An apt that hàs rooms for daily rent. Room was a bit musty but cleared up after a/c ran. Some chill ants, small. Happens. No real bother. Very comfy bed and quiet efficient a/c. little porch area. No elevator. Was on floor 2.

The rooms are fine and the bathroom although 'ageing' was crucially kept clean, with hot water there for shaving! The real downside is breakfast. We made this booking for one night and were so happy with the room and the area that we re booked for two more weeks.
