The room was disgusting, they gave us blankets with menstrual fluid on it. They came took those blankets and then gave me wet blankets. NO ONE CLEANED. The entire stay. The staff were rude.

Had a wonderful week stay. All the staff was very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The location was central to a lot of the touristy stuff which for our trip was great and was a very short ride to Universal. I would 1000% stay here again without any hesitation.
