The rooms are very expensive, too expensive to lack so many basic expectations/amenities. The room o had reeked and smelled so unfresh! No sure if it was just stained or mildew, but there was definitely something on the top of the boards in the bottom of the shower along with a lot of hair from another ...

The check in process took over 30 minutes. 30! It didn't matter at that point how nice the property was. I, and every other guest checking in, was angry. And when walking past check-in two hours later, the line was even worse. Until they can get their process sped up, I won't put myself through that ...
