The staff was extremely polite and understanding. I'm a foreigner visiting with very little Indonesian language experience. They were very patient with me, very respectful and polite while I was there. I would recommend this motel if visiting Bengkulu, Indonesia. The amenities were above expectations ...

Solid hotel
We had a very short stay here but both agreed we wished we had stayed longer. Staff was very friendly, room was great, and food was solid. I would definitely recommend staying at the Santika.
