The staff around and at the desk were amazingly friendly and funny from the super fast check in to checking out. Standard king size room was more the size of a suit everything was clean and comfortable. Top place to stay

Usually love this hotel and stay frequently when visiting my daughter. However the walls are thin and if you have loud neighbors it can be annoying. Such was the case on this recent visit. We had loud music and hooting and hollering keeping us up till after 2 am. Tried to call the front desk twice ...

The rooms were large and extremely clean. We paid extra for a view and well there is a view but mostly of a roof from below. The only thing you can see of the falls is the mist coming from it. We were on floor 20. It is a short walk to the Falls and Rainbow Bridge. We would stay here again.

I have stayed at this hotel several times before and it was really clean however this time it was dirty the stairs were really dirty. The toilet wasn’t great and the heater made a ton of noise
