"The hotel was very nice, large rooms, all of the amenities. The staff however, while friendly and aiming to please, were not well trained. The majority seemed very young and inexperienced. When I voiced my concerns with the front desk, they went out of their way to make up for the short-comings."

"We had a villa with private pool with 2 kids of 3 and 5 years old. It was very spacious and well decorated. The swimming pool is not big but perfect for us and in a nice location in the middle of pines and cork oaks. Cleaning was done every day. People were nice and helpful. Just a point of attention ..."
