To their credit, the staff was helpful and got us a new room, but we still had to get a new room as soon as we arrived. The sheets were covered in dirt and stains; though things were tidied up, the place itself is worn down, and rugged. For the three nights we spent, it did its job when it comes ...

Hampton Inn & Suites Arroyo Grande/Pismo Beach Area, CA
Everything was great!! I give it a 4/5 stars cause the rooms are just a bit stuffy/hot. No matter how much you play with the thermostat the temperature feels warm. Staff was amazing! Everything is SUPER clean and organized! The hot tub was perfect! Will definitely stay here again.
