The room was great, very spacious. The hotel is very well located, around shops and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and hospitable. The only downside is that we found a humongous cockroach in the bathroom.

We arrived on Friday about 3pm, book in was ok we were informed our room was on 2nd floor but the one elevator was out of order, I advised the receptionist that I had recently had a knee replacement and could she find me a room on the 1st floor, she informed me that they were fully booked., NO help ...
