Location, rooms & breakfast are great
"Amazing location for skiing. Very comfortable hotel to stay in, huge rooms and fantastic views. Breakfast is great but all other hospitality areas lack atmosphere and quality service. Check in is long and complicated. Definitely not the high standard of experience expected at a normal Hyatt."

"Hotel checkin agent did ask me for a ¥2000 deposit even though I've paid in full by a valid credit card when I booked with Hotel.com on-line, but I insisted not to pay the deposit. It was really annoying and I considered it was a harassment."
