Very expensive hotel. No hot tub available unless you booked a session in the spa. No coffee available from the coffee kiosk near the lobby at 4 pm. Roof top restaurant was also closed. You could only order coffee through room service.

Probably room specific but remote to TV didn’t work, shower didn’t drain and there were fruit flies. Location is fantastic and it was surprisingly quiet at night for such an active building.

I felt parking fees of $45 was a bit steep. Additionally, they have a hidden amenities/resort fee of $25 a night which I felt was dishonest and poorly communicated.
