Judith and her team were most accommodating. Very quiet and restful property. transfers to/from airport and with dugong dive center were all organised for us. Food was great and overall excellent value for money. Only downside was WiFi was very limited. Would recommend property

Room was run down. Definitely in need of updating. Front desk Staff was attentive. Outside dining staff needs further training! Resort is a bit out of town. Not conveniently located. Water runs hot to cold in the shower. Water pressure not steady.

Had a serious issue when I checked in however the staff worked hard to fix the problem I the end the out come was satisfactory for me and good work from the reception staff to salvage the situation I will stay here again
