"Bei der WLAN-Verbindung gab es Probleme – viele Apps, zum Beispiel ChatGPT, konnten nicht geöffnet werden. Die Nutzungszeiten des Fitnessstudios waren für Damen stark eingeschränkt. Trotzdem hat mich der Gym-Leiter freundlicherweise hereingelassen, obwohl es außerhalb der offiziellen Damenzeiten war. Besonders bemerkenswert: Er hat nach seinem regulären Feierabend noch 35 Minuten auf mich gewartet – das war wirklich sehr zuvorkommend.
Eine Stornierung war leider nicht möglich.
Die Wäschereinigung war enttäuschend: Es wurde nicht zwischen Normal- und Trockenwäsche unterschieden, wodurch sich die Farben einiger Kleidungsstücke verändert haben.
Insgesamt ist der Preis im Verhältnis zur gebotenen Leistung vor Ort zu hoch. Die Zimmer sind zwar in Ordnung, aber sehr einfach und schlicht eingerichtet.
Das Hotel wurde renoviert . Die Frühstücksauswahl ist gut."
