Ein 5 Sterne Hotel war es leider nur bei der Essensauswahl, deren Qualität und dem Poolbereich. Ein Lob in die Küche!! Einiges kann bemängelt werden: - Das Service Personal ist nett, verfügt aber für das Niveau 5 Sterne über viel zu wenig bis gar keine Skills - Die Reinigung der Zimmer lässt zu Wünschen übrig - Defekte Geräte und Bereiche ausser Betrieb im Fitness- und Spa Bereich - Der Steg zum Strand hätte ein paar Reparaturen nötig - keinen eigenen Shuttle zum Flughafen Fazit: Gesamthaft haben wir (4 köpfige Familie) diese 8 Tage sehr genossen, aber Preis - Leistung stimmt nicht.

Sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Mitarbeiter, das Essen im à la Carte Restaurant war sehr gut und die Paarmassage hat ein super Preis-leistungsverhältnis! Das zimmer war sehr sauber, ruhig und mit Meerblick, vom Hotel haben die Gäste einen privaten Holzsteg bis zum nah gelegenen Strand und die 3 verschiedenen runden Pools inmitten von Palmen sind sehr einladend! Es ist ausserhalb der Stadt Albufeira, es gibt aber ein regelmässigen Shuttleservice welcher kostenlos ist! Am Hafen, 30 Gehminuten entfernt, kann man diverse Bootrips buchen.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit sehr grosszügigen Zimmern. Personal sehr Freundlich. Frühstücksbüffet war super mit sehr viel Auswahl. Waren auch 2 mal beim Abendessen am Buffet, auch das war ok aber halt nicht mehr vorallem sehr Fisch/Meeresfrüchte lastig aber das ist Geschmackssache. Im Spa funktionierten ein paar Sachen nicht richtig was ärgerlich ist vor allem weil man extra bezahlt. Garten und Poolareal sind sehr schön und auch der Strand ist toll auch wenn es schnell voll wird. Al a Card Restaurant war super aber auch ein wenig teurer. Wenn man einen Wagen hat kann man aber in der Umgebung auch gut und Preiswert essen gehen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden dieses Hotel wieder wählen.

guter Service an der Rezeption, im Speisesaal, aufmerksames Personal, grosszügige saubere Zimmer, schöne gepflegte Garten/Poolanlage, gute Erreichbarkeit über Holzsteg zum sehr sauberen schönen Strand, 3xtägl. Shuttlebus in die Altstadt

Wände sind nicht gut isoliert, man hört die anderen Gäste sobald sie den Fernseher ein bisschen zu laut einschalten.

Schöne und ruhige Lage. Angenehme Hotelgrösse.

Pros: Lage und Ausstattung.
Cons: Beim Restaurant mit Buffet. Die Stuhlbeine machen beim verschieben auf den Plattenboden einen lauten quietschenden Lärm, sehr unangenehm.
Location: Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe von Albufeira und in Albufeira findet man alles an Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten.
Wir buchten eine Suite Atlantico. Auf dem Bild im Internet ist die Suite mit Atlantikblick abgebildet. Wir dachten, daher der Name „Suite Atlantico“. Als wir in die Suite kamen, keinen Blick auf den Atlantik, sondern auf ein Festzelt (wird in dieser Zeit vom Hotel für Hochzeitsfeiern verwendet). Nach längeren Diskussionen bis hinauf zum Hotelmanager, wurde uns nach einer Nacht, für den Rest unseres Aufenthaltes von sechs Nächten, eine Suite mit Atlantikblick „organisiert“.

Superschönes hotel, nettes personal...tolle anlage

nice garden, beach very small poor management

Pros: room with sea view, very clear water in the swimmingpool, great menu at the pool, nice staff at the reception
Cons: staff education in service, (there were any line manager)
Location: quiet area, far from the village, no shops and restaurants to nearby
nice breakfast and entertainment, some staff very good, some staff very poor you need a car, or Taxi for outgoing,
