From start to finish, the experience was truly exceptional. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern amenities, clean and comfortable rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. What really made the difference, though, was the outstanding staff. I want to especially recognize Artem at the reception, whose professionalism and warmth stood out from the moment we arrived. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and always ready with a smile. He made us feel genuinely welcome and took the time to make sure every aspect of our stay ran smoothly. Equally impressive was Alejandro, the head of the restaurant, who went above and beyond to create a memorable dining experience. His attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and genuine passion for hospitality were evident in every interaction. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, Alejandro ensured everything was perfectly organized, and he treated every guest with personalized care. Together, Artem and Alejandro elevated our stay to something truly special. We enjoyed our stay at Catalonia Hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the surrounding area was pleasant. I’d suggest considering an earlier check-in time, as 3 PM feels a bit late.

We were quite disappointed with our stay, as the hotel room did not live up to expectations. The room felt very tired and worn, and it seemed like the photos online were taken quite some time ago. Cleanliness also left something to be desired. Overall, it felt more like a 3-star experience rather than the 4-star standard it claims. That said, the area is fantastic—great location with lots to see and do nearby.
