Room was nice however lighting was very dark in the room and the panoramic view upgrade for the room wasn’t worth it….view wasn’t great compared to other rooms view in pictures online. Easy to get to central station with a 5 min walk to the tram from hotel.

Staff were lovely, especially Andrea! Amazing at her job. Room wasn't cleaned or made to the best quality. The bed was not made properly so we had to re-do it every day and there were dirty socks in the bed.

Hotel was very nice. Staff were unfriendly on arrival. We didn’t get offered discounted breakfast but others did and we where disappointed with the lack of drinks and toiletries in the room especially when paying so much per night for the room.

Ben and Yannick went above and beyond to make sure my stay went smooth after a previous discrepancy which they admitted fault to without hesitation. Spotless room. Incredible views from 15th floor. Bar was wonderful, good "bar food". Staff was OVER THE TOP helpful and accomodating. HIGHLY reccommend. While just an over night stay while en route to our ship for our cruise, would definately stay here in the future.
