Staff is outstanding! Only complaint is lighting in bath room for makeup. Not a big matter but would’ve appreciated better lighting and a stool somewhere for this. Also a few more outlets specially in this day and age of so many electronic devices

Ideally located just a few minutes walk from Amsterdam Centraal station, this hotel is close to so many attractions, restaurants, and cafes. Hotel is much larger than it looks from outside with a variety of room options. The free social hour from 1600-1700 is a great way to recover from a day wandering about and to also get the evening going before heading out to Amsterdams excellent food scene.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were so polite and helpful. The room was beautiful. The bed was comfortable and it was walkable to everything we needed. If we head back to Amsterdam, we’ll be staying there again

Excellent hotel. Such beautiful decor and ambience. Amazing location in the heart of Amsterdam tourist area. Very spacious rooms with lovely decor and comforts. Staff are so helpful and friendly. They have happy hour to meet other guests and free bicycles for guests to use

Wonderful hotel in Amsterdam

I love this hotel! I normally stay at Marriotts but on a recommendation I booked this hotel for a few days in Amsterdam. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. The location is wonderful. It’s close to central station and many of the tourist sites in Amsterdam. I was able to walk to all the places I wanted to visit. I would 100% stay here again.
