My Go-To in Amsterdam. Awesome location in the best neighborhood. Filled with classic touches, the hotel delivers on all accounts. And super friendly staff. Hand-written note in my room welcoming me back (I last stayed her in 2019!). The best.

A magnificently designed space. The hotel is gorgeously decorated. No expense spared. Service was superlative. Early check in effortless. Upon return, we were escorted to our room and given an overview of the amenities. Fantastic place to sleep. But the bar/restaurant Was the real treat. Exceptional service. Wonderful food.

Very nice location and the room was clean. The bed was large and comfortable for a European hotel. The staff is excellent, friendly and attentive and the lobby/bar area was classic. The room was just unusual with a large tub, sink, and shower seperated only by a curtain (no separate room). Overall it was a good experience if a bit overpriced given the room decor and layout.

Excellent Experience

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was exceptional with a large tub and separate shower. There was only one item which we were a little confused about. Maybe it was mentioned in the reservation, but there are actually 2 locations where the rooms are, although they are only a couple of doors apart. We had some heavy luggage, but the staff were more than accommodating in assisting us with them. We will return to The Toren on our next visit to Amsterdam.

I had such a great stay The Pavilions Amsterdam, The Torens. The staff was super friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived, which made the whole experience really enjoyable. Love the recommendations for the restaurants nearby. I’ve got to give a special shoutout to Kevin at the Bar — he was awesome! Super friendly, easy to talk to, and really made everyone at the bar feel welcome. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and it definitely adds to the overall vibe of the place. Highly recommend this place if planning to visit Amsterdam.
