Bad Münstereifel Hôtels avec piscine

"The rooms are spacious but not very functional. There was a water leak next to the toilet but it didn't get fixed despite requesting it twice. It is not always easy to turn on/off the lights. You need to press several times the buttons. The service in the hotel is the worst I have ever experienced. I arrived a couple of hours before check-in time and my room was not ready. No problem, I totally understand and went for lunch. I come back around 15:15 and my room was still not ready. No solution was found except please wait. I finally got my room at 15:30 after insisting. There is no power plugs in the room next to the desk. I asked for an extension cable and the answer I got was "we do not have, please buy it yourself". I finally realized myself that I could move the TV and found a plug there. "

"Belle hôtel, chambre confortable lors de la réservation nous avions une bouteille de champagne prévue dans le prix nous en avons pas vu la couleur , nous avons fait une réclamation le room service devait nous l’amener mais nous ne l’avons pas eu dommage ! Et petit bémol aucun des employés ne parle francais mais nous avons tout de meme eu un excellent accueil "
