They should have a refrigerator that guests can use. They only have a fridge where they store the snacks and drinks they sell. More personal to aid with printing of the room keys. I checked in on my phone but I still had to print physical cards.

The staff was fantastic! We arrived two hours early and were upgraded and given a room since ours wasn’t ready yet. We went to see Lady Gaga and unfortunately she canceled. The staff help us find something else to do. The room was neat and clean.
