They ran out of some of the foods and drinks, I don't think they planned for how busy they were. We got food poisoning from the restaurant and they didn't do anything for us. We were in the room ill for 2 days. Expedia did step up and help a little.

We love this hotel and stay here often but this time was the first time the lazy river was unclean and around the grounds was unclean aswell. It was unkept this time around. We will be returning here as this is one of our favorite places to stay in Orlando.
