The hotel is clean and beautiful. The beach area is nice too specially when you have kids. The only thing that I’m not happy is the long time waiting for check in and check out, line was so long and check in takes time too.

I did the mobile checknin which gave me my room early but seems the room wasnt actually ready. After we were in hotel staff was trying to also get in. There was candy and randkm trasg on the floor. And the bathrooms werebnot properly clean. There wbas hair in the shower and on the toilet.
