Very disappointed. Way too many people trying to use pools and not enough chairs. Charge a resort fee and cannot even find a place to sit around any of the pools. People line up at 8am to wait for pool to open at 9am and still cannot get a chair! But yet the hotel sells day passes for other people ...

music coming from the pool was very loud and could be heard very clearly on the 11th floor all afternoon when in the room When added to the construction noise it made being in the room before 6PM difficult with a 1yr old trying to nap.
