Nice

We were comfortable and felt secure. It did feel a little run down (aging) but not too bad. The cost of the breakfast buffet was a bit higher than I would expect for the food selection, especially since bacon carried with it a surcharge.

The staff couldn’t have been friendlier and the hotel has lovely facilities. We enjoyed the pool and lunch delivered poolside as we waited to ho to the airport. Highly recommend!

Beautifully well kept hotel. Good shuttle service from and to the airport. Our assigned room has a musty smell though. Location of hotel, though close to the airport, is too far from the City( takes 1.5 hours by car)

Ate in the restaurant and the service was bad. A property that size should have been able to handle three dishes to one table as well as the other 6 tables being served. There were lots of staff but not working together so the three dishes we ordered for the table came one at a time although they were requested to come at the same time so we could eat together however they were painfully slow and didn’t seem to care that they used one wok to service the entire restaurant so it seemed counter productive and complaint worthy. I didn’t want to pay for the last dish because the waiter said it was busy and that’s the way it is. They were not busy only 8 tables being served by too many staff and a maître D who did not want to confront the issue. Was definitely sub-par and bad service.

Great overnight stay close to BBK AIRPORT in Bangkok ( minutes away with a well run shuttle service) Rooms were spacious and clean, large restaurant and a lovely lobby bar.
