The staff were very friendly and helpful answered all our questions call us a taxi when we left the food was amazing and such a good price there was only one waiter but he did a good job supper friendly and there was a really nice helpful young girl on the front desk Martina who was new and gave us great advice and was really helpful

Breakfast buffet has a lot of variety, including eggs, yoghurt, fruit, bread, plenty of pastries, coffee, juices. We loved it. The staff are extremely friendly and recommended nice restaurants. It’s in a great location. We would come back here if we returned to Barcelona.

The property was fine, I appreciated the baggage storage. I had no complaints about cleanliness or comfort. We had a large group and booked 5 rooms. There were extreme issues with flights and 2 rooms were unable to be used, but at check in they refused any compensation at all. As busy as Barcelona is I’m sure they could have booked them. I felt they should have given half back or something. So I was disappointed in that.
