Great hotel in a good location for travel

We stayed at the Leonardo hotel near the Sagrada Familia, it was in a great location with the metro stop just around the corner so travel to various tourist attractions was great. Hotel itself was clean, good breakfast to start the day and helpful staff. The suite was very comfortable, kitchenette and roof terrace were useful spaces to have. We would be happy to stay here again.

Excellent place to stay at in Barcelona

Excellent customer service from the people who received me and my mom at the front desk to the people who work the breakfast buffet in the morning. Rooms are kept cleaned. Everything in the room in kept in top notch shape and the place is really close to the Basilica de la Sagrada Familia.

Great little hotel, with super friendly staff. From the time we got to the hotel, we were received with friendly staff, who took care of us and addressed all our questions and needs. The breakfast option was very good, but it would be good if they open earlier somce many of our tours started at 8 am, and we didn't have time to stop and have breakfast since they opeb at 7:30 am. Other than that, we highly recommend it.

We booked our stay at the last minute due to some unforeseen issues with another booking and we were not disappointed. The team accommodated us and were kind and helpful. The location was great and we enjoyed being in a neighborhood that was less “touristy”. The room was clean and spacious and we were lucky enough to have an outdoor patio to relax in. We booked the suite (for 4 adults) with a pull out sofa bed which was a bit hard after a few days, but very manageable. For the amount of time we were in the room, the space was perfect!

breakfast policy

Upon check in we were told that we had breakfast and the clerk told us when and where and was overall very friendly and polite. the next morning when we arrived for the breakfast they informed us that we would have to pay for it.. we argued a bit but were hungry and charged it. One staff should talk to the other upon check in as we felt it was a hidden upcharge.
