Great location within walking distance of the Bern train station. Lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. Hotel staff were friendly and the room was quiet and clean.

The location is perfect, less than 10 minutes to train station. Closed to all attractions, shops, especially the big supermarket next door. The room is bit small with combine toilet shower, but clean and well equipped. The staff is friendly and sufficient. Enjoy the stay.

perfect stay, the middle of the old city of bern. Very nice staff. Just be sure to know that while you can unload the bags in front of the hotel, the parking is a 5 min walk. The walk is easy and you walk in the most beautiful streets in the world- when we did day trips it was an amazing walk. The hotel is right on top of the most beautiful COOP supermarket. Seriosuly the breads there are at the level of Thomas Keller bakery in Yountville(Bouchon) that we frequent a lot. Walkable to everywhere. Ask for a room facing the cathedral and city hall -we saw both from the window and it was magical. Dont miss the roof top bar - even just for the views, they have a fondue area for the winter which looks magical.

The best thing about the property is that it’s centrally located. Reception staffs were polite and helpful. The breakfast was not good with very limited options,add to it is that it was poorly staffed and very unwelcoming ones. They didn’t provide a kettle in the room citing security risk !!! Overall average, only plus was that all sights including bhan was within walkable distance.

The hotel is conveniently located near attractions and within walking distance of the train station. We used the hotel as a base to go visit other towns via train- Gruyeres and Thun. Then came back to see the sites and eat in Bern. I would recommend this hotel.
