Near Snow Summit, the Village, lake, local restaurants, marinas and more! Just a short drive to the Bear Mountain, golf course, Snow Play, National Forest hiking trails, and more! Spacious open floor plan perfect for family entertainment in the winter and year-round.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1200+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private bath. Second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Third bedroom has a bunk bed with trundle and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and much more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Kids will love the fully fenced yard and huge playset. Adults won't be able to get enough of that relaxing hot tub after a day on the slopes. Charcoal barbecue for grilling.
