Very well located and a great Value. But hotel room is TINY. Comfortable to sleep but really nothing else. Not eating, working or lounging. Front desk is basic.
Great location. Very comfortable room and easy to get in and out. Used an app to find a parking spot close by and very reasonably priced.
Excellent bed, good bathroom, equipped with TV and Chromecast for entertainment!
This hotel's service model is terrible. You cannot book at the desk, only through third party so if there are any issues they tell you to contact them...so they collect the money but don't provide any service or help. The staff are completely unwilling to help and are outwardly apathetic, which I'd assume they are instructed to be. Prepare for unexpected cancelations, unexpected upcharges, and piles of forms to fill out so they can write a code on a piece of paper to access your room. About as hands off as it gets - might as well rebrand to being a bank!
Very nice neighborhood. Lots going on. However, there was a last minute alteration to my reservation. I booked a room with 2 queen beds for myself and my 2 thirteen year old sons. I booked 2 months in advance and on the day before our arrival they contacted me to tell me my room was unavailable. They offered my 2 rooms with one king size bed in each. To do this, I'd have to cancel and rebook my rooms. The clerk at the desk told me he couldn't help me do this or guarantee that I'd have an adjacent room to my boys. I would have to do this on the website. My boys are good boys but they're also 13. I'm not leaving them to their own devises in a hotel in a city we've never visted in an unfamiliar neighborhood. No help at all. I'd come back to Boston in a heartbeat but I'd definitely stay somewhere else.
I booked a âspacious room with bay windowsâ but was assigned a dumpy shoebox. I asked to change to the room I paid for but there were none available (Iâm trying to get a refund for the difference). There was barely any room to move around the bed and I hit my shins on the bed frame. The bathroom light kept turning off when I was in the shower. The towel bar placed behind the toilet made it impossible to keep the toilet seat up. The shower curtain was dirty and had stains that appeared to be blood on the top. The walls are very thin so I could hear people talking and babies crying all night. The location is good but thatâs the only nice thing I have to say. I never write reviews but this place was overpriced and very disappointing.
A small design flaw really made for a poor experience: the bathrooms are equipped with motion sensors, which means that the lights turn off when you are in the shower and turn on when you get up to pee in the middle of the night. Confronted with the light of 1,000 suns when you just want to pee in the dark is not fun. Also, no way to contact the lobby without going down. And they heavily scent the rooms and hallways. Really not worth the price.
Great location and surprisingly quiet and affordable considering that. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The older black woman who works the overnight shift is an absolute sweetheart and incredibly accommodating
Excellent for access to T station. Room had very comfortable beds. Stayed for 5 nights, and had no cleaning of room in that time. Notice in room to say if this was required we would need to download an app, and any services like cleaning and fresh towels may incur an extra charge.
