The hot tub (spa) is broken. Under repair. Was not able to use. Very disappointing. Can’t understand how that’s allowed to happen as the busy season starts.

Not so worth the money.

The bathroom was pretty bad for the money I paid. The bathtub was damaged and had a huge clog when we got there and it only got worse. The shower curtain was cheap and water leaked out. And no shampoo or conditioner were included. Also the hot tub was broken- disappointing.

Disappointing

Maintenance man had been in room to clear blockage in bath which unfortunately came up through the toilet and he left it there ,not a pleasant sight/smell on our arrival in the bathroom. Luckily a flush was all that was needed to clear the problem. The room was dated in need of upgrade, bed was very soft, disappointed no safe in room but we had a microwave why? Hotel in general needs a refurbishment
