Airport shuttle was easy to find. I took the shuttle very early in the morning from the hotel to the airport. The shuttle was there and waiting at 3am.

Cockroach and tick in the room, left the property immediately. Staff (Jose Lopez) unhelpful, claimed I was lying even after I showed him videos of the bugs. Room was poor otherwise - small, poorly lit - much better options in the area.

Room was clean. Pool was not working after confirming with phone call the day before that it supposedly was. This is the only reason for picking this hotel was that it would be fun for my 12 year old daughter to stay there. This was kind of a splurge for us to even be able to afford to stay at a ...
