직원이 불친절

특수요청란에 기재하였는데 다른호텔들은 답장이 전부왔지만 이곳만 답장안왔었습니다. 흡연룸을 요청하였었는데 사람무안하게 다음부턴 요청을 하라고하더군요. 창원에 특별한 호텔이없어 묵는호텔이지만 주차장제외하고는 그닥 추천하지않습니다.

안전조치 없는 호텔. 10시이후 직원 전체 퇴근

아무리 코로나라도.. 무슨일이 있을 줄 알고 상주하는 직원이 아무도 없으면 되나요? 밤 10시부터 리셉션에 아무도 없이 텅 비어있고 안전요원이 있다고 하던데 최소 비상상황에 연락할 직원 연락처라도 리셉션에 적혀 있었으면 좋았을 껄 안전요원과 연락할 방안도 없고 호텔이 고객 비상상황에 최소한의 대처할 방안도 마련해 놓지 않고 직원을 모두 비워 놓다니 이럴꺼면 영업 왜 하나요?

비지니스 호텔로 정말 좋습니다. 창원으로 출장올때마다 숙소가 문제였는데 혼자 사용허기에 크기와 시설 위치등등 모두 좋았습니다.

해군 면회때 제일 좋음

아들이 해군 수료 하는데 코로나바이러스 때문에 수료식이 취소 되고 수료식 예정이던 주 지나서 1박2일 외박을 나왔습니다. 와이프랑 창원서 하루 숙박하고 아들 외박 마중 갔었는데 호텔이 너무 좋터라구여... 도심한복판에 있고 편의시설들이 가까운곳에 있어서 너무너무 좋았습니다.

1박하기 괜찮은편임.

호텔 위치는 마산 시내가 아닌 창원 시내에 있으며 스타벅스, 삿뽀로 일식, 고깃지이 근처에 있습니다. 호텔주변에 식당이나 편의점 있습니다. 아침식사는 1층 로비에서 19,000₩에 제공합니다 그럭저럭 먹을만 합니다 출장으로 2명이 숙박했는데 룸 카드키 1개만 줌 프런트에 요청해도 카드키 추가로 1개 더 안 줌.

매우 만족하는 호텔

방이 너무 깔끔하고 침대도 편하고 좋았어요. 호첼 전체적으로 조용하고 분위기도 좋았습니다. 조식도 맛있었습니다. 다음에 창원 가게되면 또 가려고 합니다.

인생 최악의 숙소

일때문에 혼자 왔습니다 웃돈 주더라도 모텔보다는 그마나 괜찮은 호텔에서 지내보자는 마음으로 그나마 후기 괜찮은곳으로 예약했습니다만 호텔방 내 히터의 알 수 없는 소음(꺼도 남)으로 방을 2개 변경 한 후에 새벽5시에 잠들었습니다. 말이 호텔이지 새벽 프론트데스크 직원 대응 친절도는 기본적인 CS교육을 받았나 싶을 정도의 대응도 였네요. 어차피 하루 자고가는거라 대놓고 클레임 걸진 않았습니다만 진짜 이런데는 처음입니다. 동네 모텔가서 잘껄 그랬나봅니다.

Staff turned off air conditioning for entire hotel and kept room extremely warm unless window to the loud street noise was left open. Need a pool and a bigger gym. at least its a cheap hotel, located in the center of the city.
