This home is just a 10-minute walk from Downtown Charleston and the Cooper River. This cozy three bedroom home offers well-furnished living spaces, a full kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. You’ll be near King Street’s shops, restaurants, and galleries, with easy access to waterfront parks like The Battery. Conveniently located near grocery stores, coffee shops, and public transport, it's the perfect base for exploring Charleston’s history and charm.
We hope all guests have a relaxing and enjoyable stay worry-free, so we do not have specific rules when it comes to trash, laundry, dishes--we kindly ask that guests keep those items tidy within reason.
If smoking is detected in the home there is at minimum a $250 deep cleaning fee charged to the guest's reservation.
Pet Policy: No restricted breeds allowed.
