Got the price, I'm satisfied.

The front desk team was spectacular. Super friendly and informative. Cookies were a nice touch. I appreciate that. The hotel overall was a little sad to me. Not very well kept - old, shoddy furniture in the lobby and public areas, unmatching and out dated. The rooms were acceptable but it kind of felt like they were like do we do a complete remodel...? No, let's just do the bathrooms. The bathrooms were really nice and updated. Everything else was just so do. Need was comfy, pillows were the heavy/squishy ones i like. The location is nice and there's a shuttle that'll take you anywhere a mile out until 11pm and that's really convenient if you don't want to pay an Uber. Overall, not bad for downtown in a major city.

Conveniently close to the event we were attending in Cleveland and had ample parking though the elevator in the parking garage was broken. Staff was very friendly and even gave a discount on the parking garage fee due to the elevator issue.

The hotel elevator to Parking is not working made the stay be inconvenient. The service is not satisfied other than providing shuttle bus. I called the guest service, I was asked to hold and I hold 15 minutes without any response. I called the guest service again and I was asked to wait again…

Very disappointing for a Hilton property. Restaurant not open for dinner. Banquets in bar held together with gaffers tape, lighting fixtures have bugs in the globes and burned out bulbs. All spaces and rooms are in need of updates. Nobody told us you need to asked to have your room cleaned and get fresh towels
