A great hotel in a fantastic location

This was a great location for our first visit to Como and Lake Como. Easy access to ferries to see other locations. the service was great. The balcony room gave us a great view to the lake and other surrounds. The room is very clean, roomy and the bed very comfortable.The buffet breakfast was of a high standard, with great service from the staff. The reception staff are very helpful, friendly and accomodating. Highly recommend

What a gem of a hotel. Fantastic location, fab staff and great room. We paid more for a balcony lake view and was worth every penny. Continental brekkie is more than just a basic continental; it is an amazing selection.

Nice view w/ lovely view! We only stayed one night but I wished it had been longer. Would definitely go again. The only negative thing I can say is that the room walls are kind of thin, so you can hear people. But, I would go back and stay longer.

Highly recommend this hotel. I can’t say enough good things. From the location to the breakfast option but more importantly the staff, especially Matthau. (Sorry if I misspelt) The ferry stop is 5 mins walk Old town is round the corner Bed were a little firm but still very comfortable Breakfast selection was amazing. Lots of options. Only Missing iron but they will bring that to you if u need.

We booked a last minute stay at this hotel for New Years Eve. We booked two rooms, and both were upgraded to have a lake view, and the hotel was kind enough to give us connecting rooms since we were there with our two tween sons. The hotel was in a PERFECT - PERFECT location!! The rooms were comfortable and had balconies. We would have had a perfect spot to watch all of the NYE fireworks, if not for the fact that our sons wanted to be on the lakefront. :) I absolutely recommend this hotel for a stay in Como!!!

loved the location. gets a 5 star on location. lots of dining options and ferry terminal is right across from the street. We did not like how the rooms were not temperature controlled - it was extremely hot. The bathroom shower had major leaks that made everything wet. Their alternative options were also not feasible. Overall I would rate the property cleanliness and condition an average rating. but location a 5 out of 5 rating.
