First time in Copenhagen, the hotel was nice and clean. We didn’t use the restaurant as we went out each evening but it was full every night and looked a great place to go. ( you need to book in advance, which is fine and suggest great food) staff were really friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend. Good central location. Family room was fine for a family of 4

The staff at this hotel are great. Helpful, professional and friendly. The rooms are good with no noise from other rooms. The bed is comfy with individual duvets. Breakfast has a good choice of items and staff again are excellent. If we go to Copenhagen again I would certainly stay here. Great location!
