Spacious Condo with Resort Style Pool Near Beach!

Spacious 3 bedroom condo just a mile from Whitecap Beach! This unit is fully furnished and comes with a king size bed in the downstairs master and places for 7 more to sleep upstairs. Enjoy the resort style pool that is right outside the back door or take an adventure and rent a golf cart for the day. This centrally located unit is next to locally favorite restaurants, shops, beaches, and Padre Island National Seashore. Don’t forget other in town hotspots such as the Aquarium and Lexington.

Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home!

We provide a coffee pot, but be sure to pack your own coffee. Be sure to pack pool towels or purchase some from local beach shops. If you are cold natured, consider bringing an extra blanket.

ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

The HOA determines when the pool will be heated. It is based on outdoor temps, and this usually happens in December-February. BUT it is contingent on weather.

Great beach condo

Super cute 3/2.5 condo in a nice complex about half a mile from whitecap beach. Condo was clean and tidy and nicely decorated. The pool was just outside the back door and was also clean and well kept. This condo had a two car garage attached for parking, a little tight for a Texas truck but there was plenty of guest parking at the complex. Definitely would stay here again.

Amanda was the MVP of property managers!

I took my family in a three week trip in which we stayed a week in South Carolina in another home rental through VRBO a couple of days prior to this week long stay. Amanda is the MVP of property managers. She was easily accessible through text and calls, was prompt in responding back, and was very professional with the best disposition! Our dryer broke the first night along with the ice maker in the refrigerator. She spoke to the property owner and almost immediately got back to me letting me know that she was going to have a brand new one delivered the next morning. She even brought us a bag of ice. When I told her that whoever was there prior to us left the remote battery-less, she brought over batteries ASAP! Fyi, I didn't ask her to, it was just something I mentioned in a conversation (it really didn't bother me). My family thoroughly enjoyed this property stay and we do them every year, so that's quite an endorsement! Thank you Amanda and your handy man-superman!

This condo was as described. It was beautifully decorated and the pool was right off the private balcony. Just some things to think about…. No designated parking spot as this unit has a garage to use which is convenient if your vehicle fits. (not tall enough for our GMC Sierra 3500) . The floors in the unit were lifting in a few areas so anyone with mobility issues might trip. The unit was spotless except the floors but they had all the equipment to clean them. When it was time to check in I had to call as I was never sent check in information. However, my call was answered immediately and I was given the information. We have stayed at many different condos on North padre and this is one of my favorites.

Overall Great Property

Was a little difficult contacting the property manager through site leading up to Trip date but after she provided her number, response time was very quick. There were a few minor issues but overall the property was great. Pool just right outside back patio and excellent beach just a mile away . Able to park in garage was nice addition too. Had a great time and would recommend staying here again.

Clean and spacious

The condo was wonderful. It was clean and spacious for our family of 6. There was plenty of towels and beach towels. The washer and dryer was a bonus. The kids enjoyed the pool and cable TV. It’s short commute to beach which works out well for us. Plus the decor was very beachy and cute. I highly recommend this condo!
