"Wir waren 3 Nächte im Hotel und haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt, auch mit Hund.
Service & Rezeption: Die Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption waren durchweg zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Auf Wünsche wurde – wenn möglich – direkt eingegangen.
Zimmer & Aussicht: Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Einen kleinen Minuspunkt gibt es für die Teppiche und Polstermöbel, bei denen man sieht, dass eine Tiefenreinigung nicht regelmäßig erfolgt (sichtbare Flecken). Das Reinigungspersonal selbst war jedoch sehr freundlich und hat sich gut um Anliegen gekümmert.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Aussicht: Wir waren im 8. Stock auf der Südseite Richtung Bahnhof – je höher, desto besser. Sonne fast den ganzen Tag und bei klarem Himmel eine wirklich sehr schöne Aussicht. Trotz der zentralen Innenstadtlage fühlten wir uns auch abends und im Dunkeln sehr sicher. Die Zimmer sind hervorragend isoliert – weder Geräusche von der Straße noch vom Flur waren zu hören, was für einen sehr ruhigen Schlaf gesorgt hat.
Frühstücksbuffet: Das Frühstück war perfekt – große Auswahl, für jeden etwas dabei und stets ausreichend. Das Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.
Bar: Auch an der Bar hatten wir eine sehr angenehme Zeit. Cocktails und andere Getränke waren sehr gut zubereitet.
Service für Hunde: Der Hundeservice ist herausragend: Hundebett, Leckerlis und Hundekotbeutel wurden bereitgestellt – wirklich vorbildlich und nicht selbstverständlich."
