Clean, decent location, friendly host.
The house however was largely vacant -- one couch and a cocktail table in the living area (nothing else), same with the dining room and the essentials but no more in the kitchen - a table, chairs and just the basic dishes etc. The master bedroom - only a bed - nothing else and the top sheet was missing (we eventually found it in a closet). No front door key available (had to enter thru the garage and for this level house there should have been a BBQ -- the owner offered to go buy one but we would have minimal use and we didn't want her to bother. With more accruements it would be a fine house.
My family had recently moved from the area and was returning for a visit. Staying in this home in the Castle Pines area made us feel like we were back home instead of just visiting. The home was very nice and in a lovely neighborhood that was very convenient to everything. The hosts were nice, accessible, and accommodating when we needed anything. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the beautiful patio and watching the deer that visited the backyard! We would welcome the opportunity to stay at this home again.
