Perfect location, clean apartment with all the amenities - there was nothing we needed that wasn’t already in the room. Housekeeping was thorough - the other guests were all lovely, too! The pool was freezing but the ocean was just a few minutes away.

Cute place - the ground floor room though meant we couldnt have the curtains open much as you could see into the room. Neither TV's worked properly and one of the windows didnt lock properly. The bedroom door wouldnt shut as the night stand was too wide. Not a great deal near the hotel at night

The room was reasonably clean. The amenities were OK, (The coffee packets were terrible.) While the manager came to the door when I rang mid-day upon arrival, he didn't speak much English, so we had a bit of trouble communicating, and he seemed grouchy. But he did persuade me to a good room, even though it was on the second floor. Except when I asked about heat, the managing staff were completely invisible. The parking cost $10 per day, but was very convenient and safe. Problems: The were no instructions. I couldn't manage to access broadcast news. My message to the management was never answered. The A/C units have a "Mode" function that is a mystery,. And there is no way to get heat in the apartment (even though temperatures while I was there were in the 40s at night. (When I asked, the staff brought a space heater.)

We would recommend Soleado. It's perfect for two ppl. The rooms were very clean and spacious. It is a 4 minute walk to the beach. 2 beach chairs and 4 beach towels were provided. There are restaurants within walking distance. Pool area is lovely. The only negatives for us were that you could not flush toilet paper in the toilet - it had to go in a waste can; the other was that while housekeeping did make the bed, take trash and handle towel service every day, nothing else was done (sweeping, wiping up in bathroom, replenish shampoo, soap, etc.

Clean room, quiet area but close to the action. Love all the local shops and beach access. Walls are then and they now charge for parking. It’s a bit longer of a walk to the main areas but it’s doable. I’d give a 5-star if it were closer to the main area and I would definitely stay here again. This was my 2nd time at this hotel.

Very nice apartment, my only critiques are the WiFi wasn’t strong, and I had some allergies in the bedroom (probably to the cleaning products). Also, the TV didn’t turn off from the remote so I had to unplug it.

Absolutely loved the location and our room was wonderful. Except the TV in the bedroom did not work and the manager was not very helpful. Also, he charged daily for parking and wanted to be paid in cash. I thought that was a little sketchy and would not give me a receipt. Fabulous coffee shop right in the corner.

Room was clean. Place was pretty quiet and right near the beach. There was no hot water and let the manager on duty know and they were supposed to look at it while I was gone for the day. It wasn't fixed. The note in the kitchen said there was were supposed to be bottled water and sna ks in the room and were none.
