The most extraordinary thing about this hotel was the diligence and kindness of hotel staff in answering our questions and giving advice. They helped us with everything from which bus to take to choosing the best Sacromonte gypsy cave Flamenco show. Our hotel room looked directly toward the illuminated Alhambra so that one early morning from our window we saw rising crescent moon over a place where Sultans lived for eight centuries. This hotel is a 500 year old structure, dating to the beginning of the Reconquista, but designed in the Arabic style with a patio in the center. Still, it was amazingly modern In facilities with a decent breakfast buffet for a very reasonable 12 Euros. The location placed us midway between the Cathedral of Grenada and The UNESCO neighborhood Albaicin.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great. The view was amazing- the Alhambra was front and center out our window. The attention to detail was also great- from the beautiful furniture to comfortable mattress to fresh breakfast. Definitely recommend!

This hotel is in a fabulous location in the old part of Granada. The facilities advertised include parking, but this consists of an agreement with 2 public car parks in the centre of the City at a discounted rate of 19 euros per night. They will discount a taxi to the hotel, but not back to your car. We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel and the staff were amazing

The room had a few comfort issues that made our stay challenging. The windows wouldn’t close properly, and the air conditioning was not functioning, which made it very difficult to stay cool—especially in the intense Granada heat. Additionally, the minibar was fully stocked, but everything came with a charge, unlike other hotels we’ve stayed at where basic items were complimentary.

This is a boutique hotel in an ancient monument site, conveniently located in old Granada and a 20-minute walk to Alhambra. We highly recommend it for those wanting an authentic Granada experience!

Beautiful Historic 16th Century property retaining a lot of original features, instagram heaven... We upgraded our room to have an Alhambra view which was stunning. Top floor room 36. Great Hotel...Great Staff

We loved our stay at Palacio de Santa Ines. We were a little early, but were allowed to check in. The employee working the front desk was SUPER friendly and helpful. Our room was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. No problem at all. They had someone to bring up our bags. We had a view of the Alhambra just as advertised with a nice sitting area. We were about a 20 minute walk to the Alhambra which is why we came (I would recommend taking a cab if you are going. Only about 5 minutes by taxi and avoids walking up significant hills; we learned the hard way, but at least we got our steps in :)...The walk to the main plaza from the hotel is only about 10 minutes which was great too. When we checked out the front desk called us a taxi which arrived within minutes.. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I go back to Granada

The inconveniences (such as very limited car access if you rented one, as we did) are all related to what makes this location so special, and the hotel helps wonderfully by paying for a specific parking garage and a taxi from there to the hotel, which takes no more than 10 or 15 minutes.

A great hotel in a perfect location.

Our first impression of the hotel as we walked in through the front door was great: the internal courtyard is very impressive and characterful and made us feel like we were properly in Spain. The welcome on arrival was very pleasant and check in was efficient. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable fitted with effective a/c and had good storage space. The hot and cold breakfast buffet was very varied with lots to choose from. The location of the hotel was just perfect: slightly set back from the river, right in the middle of the old Moorish Albaicin district and with views of the Alhambra.
