Accessible and in a good location

Well located hotel which is easily accessible using the metro and within walking distance to the main attractions and restaurants in the local area. The pool is probably small for the size of the hotel but we did not have any issues with getting a sun lounger.

Excellent location right across bridge to main tourist area and close walking distance to train to airport and beyond. Hotel very efficient and clean. Great breakfast buffet at good value. Upstairs pool deck nice, but need more chairs and water temp over warm. Overall though hotel is very good value.

Good in some places

Air con was set at 16.5c, so it was incredibly warm at night. Therefore, the patio doors were open to allow air in. But this was a negative, as this meant noise from the street and also mosquitoes (which were unfortunately bitten several times at night, whilst asleep.) Your room key-card is required at all times throughout the hotel; with several entrances closed to the roof-top pool, there was much navigation to reach there. Worrying, that if you forgot your card, there would be no way of leaving the roof-top pool area. Would this be a fire hazzard??

Brilliant city trip

Really friendly hotel , very close to old town and walking distance to all attractions, staff super friendly, rooms cleaned daily, water and little treats left daily, was there for easter week so extremely busy , the whole city was part of celebrations each evening was magical, had good views from roof top , even managed little dip in very cold roof pool

The hotel is good and in a great location, the price of the hotel is expensive , and the room I stayed in was 215 and the AC was not cooling in the room. The restaurant is good, and the staff were very friendly.
